  • Grace Alone Video Lectures

Historians and theologians have long recognized that at the heart of the sixteenth-century Protestant Reformation were five declarations, often referred to as the solas: sola scriptura, solus Christus, sola gratia, sola fide, and soli Deo gloria. These five statements summarize much of what the Reformation was about, and they distinguish Protestantism from other expressions of the Christian faith. Protestants place ultimate and final authority in the Scriptures, acknowledge the work of Christ alone as sufficient for redemption, recognize that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone, and seek to do all things for God’s glory.

In Grace Alone Video Lectures, together with accompanying book, Grace Alone, scholar Carl Trueman looks at the historical and biblical roots of the doctrine that salvation is by grace alone, a free gift unmerited by human effort or works. Lessons examine the development of this theme in the early church through the Reformation to the Protestant confessions that still shape the church in the present day. Trueman also explores the biblical means of receiving God’s grace through the fellowship of believers, the sacraments, and through the Word of God, and considers how we need to recover this doctrine in the face of today’s challenges.

An accessible introduction to Christian philosophical theology

Philosophical or analytic theology seeks to employ philosophical tools while studying topics in Christian theology and examining the logical consistency or intelligibility of some of the key doctrines of the Christian faith. In this accessible introduction, An Introduction to Christian Philosophical Theology, A Video Study, Stephen T. Davis and Eric T. Yang first explain the scope, relevance, and value of philosophical theology and then applies its conceptual tools to examine each of the core Christian doctrines:

    *Revelation and Scripture
    *The Trinity
    *The Incarnation
    *Redemption and the atonement,
    *Resurrection and life after death

The final session briefly addresses some additional theological issues including petitionary prayer, eschatology, and original sin.

  • Examination And Refutation Of Preterism

The Book of Revelation is not about future events but of events that have already transpired. This view, known as preterism (from the Latin word for past) is rapidly growing in popularity. Could this view be valid? What did the early church think about these passages? In this hour long teaching, Charlie Campbell examines the preterist position, the verses often cited to support their view, and gives numerous reasons why preterism should be rejected as an incorrect understanding of Bible prophecy. • Hell Under Fire

Skeptics and critics of the Christian faith have raised some tough questions regarding the Bible’s teaching on hell, questions like:

*How can a God of love send anybody to hell?
*Why would God have created us, if He knew in advance that so many people would be eternally lost?
*Does God send people to hell if they’ve never heard of Jesus?
*Isn’t an everlasting existence in hell an unjust punishment for the sins done in a finite life?
*Isn’t it unjust that God would give out the same punishment to everybody?
In this study, Charlie Campbell responds to these questions and the misconceptions behind them with solid biblical answers.

This DVD was shot in a widescreen format and contains many of the images Charlie uses in his PowerPoint presentation.

  • Emerging Church And Interspirituality

Though some think the emerging church movement is a passing fad that consists primarily of dissatisfied, unfulfilled young people, it is actually a rapidly growing new Christianity that continues to build momentum. In this talk, Ray Yungen unmasks the spirituality behind this movement its roots and its teachings. He explains the role that various popular figures have played in bringing about a spirituality that has direct ties to the New Age movement. It is essential that every believer know what the emerging church is all about and how this new spirituality is replacing the biblical Gospel of Jesus Christ with a mystical universalistic gospel that undermines the Cross and the foundations of true Christianity.

  • Contemplative Prayer

In clear and understandable language, Ray Yungen explains the dynamics of contemplative prayer. Unlike biblical prayer, this new form of prayer halts the normal flow of thought processes and takes the participant into a mystical state. Yungen not only explains how this is done, but he takes us to the ancient roots of this prayer practice that derives from eastern mysticism.

This urgent teaching will equip you not only with an understanding of this practice but of its increasing popularity within Christian churches, colleges, and ministries today. Although it promises much in the realm of intimacy with God, you will learn how this practice delivers a host of seducing spirits unbeknownst to the participant along with a pantheistic view that is characteristic of the New Age.

  • Jesus : Divine Or DaVinci

Is Jesus the Divine Son of God as recorded in the new Testament? Or is Jesus a mortal man as identified in the popular book, THE DA VINCI CODE?

Attacks on the foundations of the Christian faith have stirred a firestorm of debate over the validity of the New Testament. What the fictional story in THE DA VINCI CODE sets out to accomplish is the elevation of a pagan worldview by distorting the true history of Christian faith. What’s at stake is that people will believe the deceptive claims of THE DA VINCI CODE are true.

This new DVD sets the record straight by clearly presenting the logical, historical and scientific evidence for believing in the person of Jesus Christ.

JESUS, DIVINE OR DA VINCI, addresses the integrity and historicity of the New Testament documents. This program will show you that the New Testament Gospels are based upon eyewitness accounts of Jesus’ ministry and miracles, and have the greatest level of accuracy of all ancient literature. It will also show that THE DA VINCI CODE claims are fictional and come from a pagan worldview that is hopeless and without redemption.
